Freight Broker
  • Source, negotiate, and manage freight shipments with carriers and customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and carrier partners.
  • Coordinate logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Track shipments, resolve issues, and communicate proactively with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of freight movements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Dispatcher
  • Manage daily freight operations, including load booking, tracking, and communication.
  • Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure on-time service.
  • Update and maintain shipment data accurately in the TMS.
  • Resolve service issues quickly and professionally during business hours and after-hours support.
  • Support the Operations Manager with process improvement and margin tracking.
  • Contribute to a strong operations culture built on accountability and communication.
