Freight Broker
- Source, negotiate, and manage freight shipments with carriers and customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and carrier partners.
- Coordinate logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
- Track shipments, resolve issues, and communicate proactively with clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of freight movements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Dispatcher
- Manage daily freight operations, including load booking, tracking, and communication.
- Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure on-time service.
- Update and maintain shipment data accurately in the TMS.
- Resolve service issues quickly and professionally during business hours and after-hours support.
- Support the Operations Manager with process improvement and margin tracking.
